Our Classes

Our 'Stack Class' is a hands-on, two-hour workshop where you’ll design and create your own custom rings with the guidance of our expert silversmiths. Whether you prefer a delicate stack of dainty rings or a bold statement piece, this class allows you to craft jewelry that suits your style!

What you can make:

• Up to three dainty rings or one thicker statement band
• Available in .925 sterling silver or gold-filled  
• Customize your rings by selecting from a variety of bands and enhancing them with textures, stamps, or engraving

Pricing:

• $75 class fee (includes instruction and use of tools)
• Rings are priced individually based on metal choice and design
• Most participants spend between $100–$150 total, depending on their selections

Who can take this class?:

• Due to the use of torches and sharp tools, this class is not suitable for young children
• Teens and adults are welcome—if you're unsure whether this class is right for a younger participant, feel free to reach out!

Create a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry entirely from scratch in this hands-on workshop! Guided by our expert silversmiths, you’ll learn the art of designing a unique sterling silver piece featuring a high-quality, genuine gemstone of your choice.

No experience required: 

This workshop is designed for absolute beginners—no prior experience is necessary! Our expert instructors will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout.

What to expect: 

• A 3 hour immersive workshop where you’ll shape, solder, and set your own gemstone
• Work exclusively with .925 sterling silver
• Choose from a variety of custom creations, including:
  • Rings, pendants, bracelets, bolo ties, earrings (stud or dangle)
  • Pet tags, keychains, and more!
     

Pricing:

• $95 class fee, which includes expert instruction and all tools needed for the class
• Gemstones start at $20 (the cost of silver is included in this cost)
• Additional customization options, including different band styles, bezel types, and embellishments, are available for an extra fee
• Most participants spend between $130–$175, this price depends on your gemstone selection and any additional customizations added at the time of the workshop
• Payment is made in person at the end of the workshop
   

Gemstone selection: 

• We offer a wide variety of high-quality, genuine gemstones, carefully sourced for their beauty and durability
• If you have a special stone you'd like to use, we allow outside stones for an additional fee (cost varies based on size)
• Important: All stones brought to class must be completely flat on the bottom (cabochons). Stones that do not meet this requirement cannot be used, please contact us if you have any questions.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, here are a few things to keep in mind before attending your workshop:

• Dress for safety: Avoid overly baggy or loose clothing to prevent any hazards while working with tools and materials.
• Glasses are important! If you wear glasses, be sure to bring them so you can see every detail of your work. (Forgot yours? No worries—we have reading glasses available for use!)
• Tie your hair back. We love creativity, but let’s keep the fun focused on your jewelry, not unexpected surprises from loose hair near tools and flames.
   

This workshop is a fully hands-on experience, meaning you’ll be actively shaping, soldering, and setting your jewelry using real silversmithing tools. As part of the process, we will be working with torches, sharp tools, and other professional equipment, so care and attention are essential. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable while handling the tools.

Safety is our top priority, and we’ll provide all necessary instructions to help you create your piece with confidence. By staying focused and following our guidance, you'll have a fun, engaging, and safe experience while crafting something truly unique!

Each of our workshops has a limited number of spots to ensure a personalized, hands-on experience. Our Stack Class can accommodate up to 6 participants per class, while our From Scratch Class has space for 4 participants per class.
